A Mother's Lament is the third Scoop that Frank West attains. The scoop will require yo to find and save Leah Stein in Al Fresca Plaza.
Walkthrough
Once Frank reaches Riverfield Jewelry he can climb over the counter and attempt to confort and recruit a mourning leah. After multiple talks and being choked, Frank can rescue Leah by carrying her and taking her back to the saferoom, do not let her walk on her own. Be careful not to get there to late or you will also have to deal with the Convicts in Leisure Park if you are there after 6:00 pm.
