The Blast Frequency Gun is a weapon in Dead Rising 2. It comes with 50 shots. It can be combined with the amplifier to make the Super B.F.G.
Locations
- One can be located in the underground before the failed military rescue. Enter the underground from the entrance in the Royal Flush Plaza, once you are down go counter clockwise around the track and it will be on the first large raised section with the Servbot Masks on, once you have it head back up to the Royal Flush Plaza and go to the Tunemakers shop which has a Maintenance Room in the back and a large stack of amplifiers next to the Maintenance Room, and you can build the Super B.F.G.
- Also in the Secret Labs after the failed military rescue, after defeating Mark Bradson and Pearce Stephens. It is beside the lever Chuck pulls in the following cutscene.
- Can be found sitting next to the Case of Queens in Overtime Mode.
Attacks
Primary: Press the attack button and Chuck fires a blast of high-frequency sound waves that will burst the heads of Gas Zombies, killing them, or knock down regular zombies without doing damage.
Tips
- Using it on Mark and Pearce will cause them to throw up, allowing you to get up close for an easy kill.
