Brady is a victim in Dead Rising 3.
He is one of the soldiers that was apart of Adam Kane's unit during Operation Broken Eagle. Adam can find him near the entrance to the North Bridge in Ingleton. He has become infected and must be killed in order to collect his dog tags. Collecting his tags are worth 5,000 PP.
Retrieving the dog tags of all twelve deceased soldiers will unlock the Rest in Peace achievement.
