Cara is a stranded survivor in Dead Rising 3.
She can be found with Liam in a fenced area in the streets outside of The Cleroux Collection in Chapter 3. She and Liam will only appear after meeting with Annie and Red at The Burgess-Dawson near the end of the chapter.
In the Fallen Angel DLC, Cara can be found tied up on the North Bridge with Mila and Maia. They are about to be executed by a soldier, but Angel Quijano can stop the execution and save the group. When saved, the group will provide 20,000 PP.
