Case 8-3: Jessie's Discovery is the eighteenth case Frank West receives in Dead Rising, which is activated immediately after completing Case 8-2: Hideout. The case is completed when Frank arrives at the security room and a cutscene begins.
Summary[]
Isabela is trying to crack Carlito's password, when Frank is called back to the security room by Jessie, who has spotted something important on the security monitor.
Frank will be heading back to the security room alone. Stock up on firearms at the Huntin' Shack if needed before going back.
Jessie's discovery is revealed to be footage from the maintenance tunnels, which shows Carlito being dragged into the meat processing area by a massive man with a meat cleaver.

 Frank: You could be right. Where is this? Jessie: The basement of the North Plaza... right in front of the butcher shop.[1] |
