Non-Mission Survivors[]
Non-Mission Survivors are just that: Survivors that Chuck can rescue, but is not informed of by Stacey over the transceiver. Some are easier than others to happen upon, but others can be quite tricky, only spawning under specific circumstances and times.
It is important to note how the game handles survivors. Not only can Chuck only escort eight survivors at a time, but there will only ever be eight survivors maximum on the map at any given time. (Psychopath Survivors take precedence over Non-Mission Survivors, while Non-Mission Survivors take precedence over Mission Survivors; Meaning, these can actively slow down your receiving of missions from Stacey if left alone, during their specific times and circumstances.)
Finding Non-Mission Survivors[]
Finding Non-Mission Survivors can be difficult, but are not always such. Most require specific times and events to occur.
This wiki is also forgetting the "Tape it or Die" survivors :
They appear in a room behind a sports store next to the water bar in the Palisades Mall, usually the door to the room is locked but at 7:00 on Day 2, Case 5:1, Stake Out it is open and there is four survivors inside !
