Charlie Mooney is an unseen character in Dead Rising 2. He is Lenny Mooney's brother and is mentioned in the mission The Secret of Charlie's Gold.

According to Lenny, Charlie hid $250,000 in two deposit boxes inside the vault of the Yucatan Casino. Lenny will give Chuck the password to the vault so he may find Charlie's fortune.
it's unknown if Charlie was in Fortune City when the outbreak happened but he seems to be alive since Lenny says no mention of his fate.
