Cleanse Illegals Base is the fourth story mission in Dead Rising 3: Operation Broken Eagle.
Summary[]
Once Kane arrives at the Ingleton Motel, he will receive further orders to "cleanse" the area. Using the bioweapon that he found at the airplane crash site, Kane can release larvae in through one of the air ducts, infecting and killing all of the Illegals inside.
Once this has been completed, Kane has the option to cleanse the other remaining Illegal safe houses. There are 8 safe houses in total, with two in each district throughout Los Perdidos. This is an optional objective, but completing it will unlock the Counter Terrorist achievement.

- These series of cleansing would explain why Nick finds every safe house overrun when he reaches them within the main game of Dead Rising 3.
