Combat 1 is a magazine in Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record. When carried in the player's inventory, the player receives a 10% boost to prestige points from weapon kills. It can stack with the other two combat magazines.

The magazine is located in Stan's Large Print Books and Magazines on the second floor of the Palisades Mall. It is found between the two central magazine stands next to a handbag.

Off the Record

The magazine is located just outside of Luaii Wauwii on the Silver Strip, at a bar next to a sink containing plates.

Trivia

• Like the Bikes and Combat 2 magazines, Chuck is pictured on the cover. On this magazine, it appears as if Chuck is wearing the Soldier of Fortune Skills Pack.
• The name of the magazine is Armed Awesome.
• The magazine is referred to as "cKnowledgeItem Magazine_PP_Weapon_Armed_And_Awesome" in the PC game file items.txt.
