Debbie Willett is a survivor appearing only in Dead Rising.

She is found in Casual Gals in Wonderland Plaza during the scoop Long Haired Punk. She and Mindy Baker are being held captive by Paul Carson.

She can be rescued after Paul is defeated or recruited.

Long Haired Punk

Main article: Long Haired Punk

Debbie and Mindy are cowering in fear in the storeroom of a women's clothing shop as Paul threatens them with a Molotov Cocktail. Debbie pleads for him to stop, saying that they never did anything to him, but Paul accuses her of laughing at him. When Frank approaches them, Paul warns him to stay back or he'll burn the place down.

After Paul is defeated, Frank rescues Debbie and Mindy from the storeroom and offers to bring them to the Security Room.

Infinity Mode

In Infinity Mode, Debbie appears in the Meat Processing Area from 1:19:00 to 2:00:00 and is armed with a Frying Pan. In her equipment she carries a Zucchini, a 2x4, a Ceremonial Sword, a Lead Pipe, and a Shovel.

Trivia

• She is one of the few characters to have a speaking part in cutscenes.
• Despite being one of the older survivors in the game, Debbie uses the same voice as Pamela and Heather Tompkins, both of whom are 18.
• Frank can take an upskirt photo of Debbie for Erotica points in the Security Room when she is sitting.
• Debbie is one of the few female survivors in the game capable of using heavier weapons, such as the Shotgun and Small Chainsaw. Barbara Patterson and Beth Shrake can also handle heavier weapons.
• Debbie does not appear in Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop.
• Debbie bears a resemblance to Beth Shrake.
• There is a glitch where in the cutscene of her being killed by a zombie, her eyes will bulge out of her head.
