Once Nick enters the Collector's House, the alarm will sound, causing the shutters on the windows to close and the doors to lock. Nick must find the alarm and disable it.
Once Nick finds the room with the alarm, he must clear the room of zombies before he is able to take the fancy painting that will reveal the switch to turn off the alarm system.
