Dynamite is a weapon in Dead Rising 2, Dead Rising 2: Case West, and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record.

When it is thrown, it explodes after a few seconds. It can also be punched into the mouths of Zombies like a Hunk of Meat, causing them to explode along with anything close by.

Dynamite is found in a number of locations, including some Maintenance Rooms. There are two on top of the trees inside the Royal Flush Plaza near the exit to Fortune Park. The letters "TNT" are written on the Dynamite, despite dynamite and TNT being two very different explosives.

There are also a number of Combo Weapons that incorporate Dynamite as part of its design:

• Dynameat (Dynamite + Hunk of Meat)
• Blambow (Dynamite + Bow and Arrow)
• Freezer Bomb (Dynamite + Fire Extinguisher)
• Sticky Bomb (Dynamite + Lawn Dart)

Attacks

Main: Tap / to cram the stick of Dynamite into a Zombie's mouth. This attack ignites the Dynamite's fuse.

Trivia

• The Dynamite used in the Terror Is Reality event Headache is referred to internally as "HatRemoverBlue". It has the same display name and appearance as the normal Dynamite.
