- Unlike the original uniform, the protagonist's last name (Ramos) appears on the back of the jersey. While it still dons the number 88 like in Dead Rising 2.
- The uniform has the colors blue, orange, and white unlike the uniforms worn by the Football Player Zombie.
- It bears a striking resemblance to the uniforms worn by players of the Florida Gators college football team.
