The Fortune City Bank is a bank located in the Uranus Zone in Dead Rising 2: Off the Record.
Frank can use the keypad on the back wall to open the vault door, leading to a room that contains $2,500 and a money case with $10,000. There are also two ATMs in the lobby that can be broken for $5,000 each.
