The Gambling 3 is a Magazine in Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record. It significantly increases winnings when gambling. It is located in the Shamrock Casino in the Silver Strip, on a counter behind the bar.
In Off the Record, the magazine is located in a safety deposit box, whose key can be found in Fortune Park near the entrance to the hotel.
