The Gumball Machine is a weapon in Dead Rising.

It is a candy machine that dispenses gumballs. When broken the gumball machine will spill gumballs, which zombies can trip and fall on. Unlike cooking oil and the oil bucket, zombies only fall once on gumballs.

Attacks

• Primary: Tap the button to swing the gumball machine. Tap the  button in succession to perform a three hit combo.
• Thrown: Hold down the to go into aim mode then press the button to throw the gumball machine. It will break and spill the gumballs inside, causing any zombies nearby to slip and fall.

Trivia

The Gumball Machine's gumballs always stay in the same place, not moving when the gumball machine is tipped over. There is a miniature gumball machine toy called Mr. Baller, available in toy stores.
