The Handle Bars is an key item found in Dead Rising 2: Case Zero, used to create the motorbike.

It can also be used as a weapon. Jason Wong is found using the handle bars to defend himself from Zombies. He will give the handle bars to Chuck if he is given a Broadsword. This part can be held in Chuck's inventory. They can also be taken if Jason is killed.
