Hands of Doom is an achievement/trophy in Dead Rising 2: Off the Record.

After unlocking all of the possible skill moves, this achievement will unlock. In order to do this, Frank must level up and learn new moves. There are a total of 21 skills that Frank can learn.

Learning the skills is enough to unlock the achievement, using each one is not necessary.
