The Hockey Mask is clothing rewarded for completing the PP Collector achievements.
You MUST first beat the game with the achievement unlocked in order to get the outfit. Like all achievement outfits, this outfit is in a brown paper bag in the Security Room around the air duct. Hockey Mask does not count toward the Sharp Dresser or Clothes Horse Achievements.

- The Hockey Mask is an reference to Jason Voorhees, the main antagonist in the movie Friday the 13th. Jason, however doesn't wear the mask until toward the end of Friday the 13th part 2.
