The House Under Construction is a location in Dead Rising 3.

It is an unfinished house that initially served as a Safe Zone for The Illegals before it was overrun by thugs and Zombies. It is located near the North Bridge in Sunset Hills. During Chapter 3, Nick visits the construction site to retrieve Lauren Staples' wedding ring.

The house contains the Defiler blueprint and the Undead Solutions book. Initially, the area is occupied by members of Hunter's biker gang, but once it has been cleared out, it can be used as a Safe Zone. The house does not become accessible until Nick visits it in Chapter 3.

In Chaos Rising, Hunter Thibodeaux wakes up in a dumpster here after completing the mission Survive the Doublecross, having been shot and left unconscious by Spider.
