The I.E.D. is a combo weapon in Dead Rising 3.

It can be created by combining a gasoline canister with a propane tank. The blueprints for the weapon are found in the basement of St. Keith's Memorial Grounds.

By creating 50 I.E.D.'s through combining weapons, the player can complete the PP Trial Boom Boom Boom.

Trivia

• Once used it will explode after short delay of time does not required shot by any firearm to detonate it, which unlike in Dead rising 2.
