Jolie Wu is a survivor appearing in Dead Rising and Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop.
She is found in Gramma's Kids in the Entrance Plaza during the scoop The Woman Who Didn't Make It. She has been separated from her friend Rachel Decker and requires Frank West's help to reunite with her.
The Woman Who Didn't Make It[]

Jolie is discovered taking refuge in Gramma's Kids in the Entrance Plaza. When Frank approaches her, she pleads with him to help find her missing friend, Rachel Decker, who was last seen in Ladies' Space on the second floor of the Entrance Plaza. Frank agrees to help, and as he heads out to look for Rachel, Jolie decides to follow him.
Upon reaching Ladies' Space, Frank finds Rachel frantically searching for Jolie. When the two women see each other, they run into each other's arms and hug, triggering a Photo Op. Jolie apologizes for leaving Rachel behind, and Rachel forgives her. Following their reunion, Frank offers to take them both to the Security Room, and they agree.
Infinity Mode[]

In Infinity Mode, Jolie appears in Crislip's Home Saloon at North Plaza from 3:19:00 to 4:00:00, and is armed with a Fire Ax. She also carries a pack of Frozen Vegetables, a Paint Can, a Handbag, a Perfume Prop, and a Golf Club.

- Jolie is the only Asian female survivor featured in Dead Rising.
- There are zombies who use the same character model as Jolie.
- The hug animation between Jolie and Rachel is identical to the one shared by Jeff and Natalie Meyer, and also serves as Photo Op.
- If Wayne Blackwell is also in Frank's party, Jolie may occasionally express hostility toward him.
- She cannot be given weapons, but Frank can hold her hand while escorting her.
- Despite her passive role, Jolie is capable of defeating a standard zombie with approximately five melee attacks, utilizing basic kicks or push attacks.
