Kandy is a survivor in Dead Rising 3.
Lesser Evil
She is found being held hostage by Big D during the side mission Lesser Evil in Chapter 3.
Although Big D tells Nick to kill her, Nick must save Kandy instead, which he does by killing Big D. When she is saved, she will join the party and is later recruitable from the survivor board at any safe house after leaving the party.
