Keith is a stranded survivor in Dead Rising 3.
He is found standing on top of a wrecked trailer on the Los Perdidos Bridge with Margaret and Ian during Chapter 1. Once the zombies around him and the other two survivors are cleared, he will escape. Rescuing all three survivors nets a total of 7,500 PP.
In the Fallen Angel DLC, Keith is found tied up with Trevor and Ryan outside of Wrench-O-Rama in Ingleton. They are about to be executed by a soldier, but Angel Quijano is able to stop the execution and untie the three. Saving the group rewards Angel with 20,000 PP.
Later on, he can be found locked inside of a storage unit at Central Storage with Linda and Margaret. After being rescued by Angel, she tells him, along with the rest of the survivors, to go to the Los Perdidos Communication Tower.
In The Last Agent DLC, he can be found near Z & E, being attacked by some bikers. Once saved, he will run away to a safer area.
