Kevin is a stranded survivor in Dead Rising 3.
He can be found stranded in Central City near the South Bridge after Nick first visits the Los Perdidos Communication Tower during Chapter 3. He has been separated from his wife and sons (Devon, Kris, and Jason), and will leave for a camp they had set up upon being rescued.
The player will get an individual PP reward after he has been rescued, but if Nick rescues all four members of the family, he will be rewarded with an additional 12,500 PP.
