The Killer 7 is a magnum-type weapon in Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop. It is the more powerful of the two magnums in the game, with faster firing and reload speeds compared to the Broken Butterfly. Capable of killing standard Zombies in one shot, the Killer 7 is considered one of the strongest firearms in the game.
After Case 6-1, the Killer 7 will appear on Cletus Samson's counter, where he is working on repairing it. To obtain the gun later, Frank West must examine the gun and choose not to pick it up. Cletus will then state that he will give it to Frank once it is finished. If Frank picks it up, the gun is ruined, and Cletus must start over. He will then no longer offer the weapon to Frank.
Following Case 7, provided Frank meets the requirement above, Cletus will give Frank the Killer 7 as a gift, alongside the Blacktail.

- The Killer 7 was first featured in Resident Evil 4.
- The gun was named after the game Killer7, which was developed by Grasshopper Manufacture and published by Capcom.
- The Killer 7 is one of the few weapons available to Frank during the final Odd Jobs mission, Otis' Challenge, alongside the Blacktail and Riot Gun.
- The weapon is modeled after the AMT Hardballer pistol.
