Linda is a stranded survivor in Dead Rising 3.
Linda is found in Sunset Courts during Chapter 5. When Nick and Diego go to get the plane key back from the biker gang, Linda will be standing on an overturned vehicle behind them. Defeating all of the thugs will allow Linda to be saved, making her one of the easiest survivors to find and rescue.
In the Fallen Angel DLC, Linda can be found tied up by the Wrench-O-Rama in South Almuda with Mike and Scott. They are about to be executed by a soldier, but Angel can stop the execution and save the group. When saved, the group will provide 20,000 PP.
Later on, she can be found locked inside of a storage unit at Central Storage with Keith and Margaret. After being rescued by Angel, she tells her, along with the rest of the survivors, to go to the Los Perdidos Communication Tower.
