The Mannequin Leg is a weapon in Dead Rising.
It is part of a Mannequin, and is found after one is broken. Much like the mannequin arm it is not a powerful weapon, and should only be used if the player is really in need of a weapon. There are both male and female mannequin arms.

button to thrust the mannequin limb forward. - Thrown: Hold down the
trigger to go into aim mode then press the button to throw the mannequin leg.
