Contraband Conditions[]
- Main article: Contraband Conditions
As Nick Ramos arrives close to the west end of the Los Perdidos Bridge, he sees Marcus blow up a van. He explains that he rode in a gang for ten years before the rest of them left him for dead, and that he's been blowing up their vans (filled with contraband) as revenge. He then asks Nick to help him out by blowing up some of the Contraband Vans.
There are five of these vans scattered around the lower part of the city. One is located on the Los Perdidos Bridge, near the South Almuda exit, one is located in Central Storage, one is located in front of the Zip Gas in Central City, one is located on the South Bridge, near the Central City exit, and one is located at Huge Industrial Co. Some of these vans are guarded by bikers. After destroying all of them, Marcus is impressed by Nick's skill and joins his posse.

Trivia[]
- He is the only friendly survivor to be a former member of a faction of hostile survivors.
- It's worth mentioning it's assumed that the gang is meant to be the Kings of Chaos, as the group is never directly named dropped and the Kings of Chaos is the only active gang is Los Perdidos.
- A damaged motorcycle spawns near Marcus for this mission, this can be presumed to be his.
- His last name of "Wolfe" would be a joke on how he's now a lone wolf, so-to-speak.
- Marcus has the largest scope of any given side mission, as the player has to visit almost every section of Los Perdidos to destroy the vans.
- Him possessing a maxed out ranged stat seems ironic, given that he has a missing eye and an injured arm, two things that would affect his aiming skills greatly.
- It's possible the eye patch is just cosmetic and that his arm injury isn't actually that severe - it's "just a scratch".
- Marcus has dialogue for if Nick/Dick brings a van back to him in one piece. He'll promptly yell "What the hell, man! I told you to destroy those!" and/or "What is this shit? I told you to light 'em up?" Outside of a level 50, however, this voice clip is near impossible to hear due to how fragile the vans are.
