Margaret is a stranded survivor in Dead Rising 3.
She is found standing on top of an overturned vehicle on the Los Perdidos Bridge with Ian and Keith during Chapter 1. Once the zombies around her and the other two survivors are cleared, she will escape. Rescuing all three survivors nets a total of 7,500 PP.
In the Fallen Angel DLC, Margaret can be found locked inside of a storage unit at Central Storage with Keith and Linda. After being rescued by Angel Quijano, she tells her, along with the rest of the survivors, to go to the Los Perdidos Communication Tower.
