The mayonnaise is a weapon in Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record. It is a condiment with a creamy consistency, made of egg yolks, oil, and lemon juice. It is commonly used on sandwiches and in salads. Like the ketchup and mustard, using this weapon on zombies is more suited for entertainment purposes than for practical combat.
Unlike other food items, it cannot be consumed. Instead, the player squirts its contents at a zombie, dealing almost no damage to the target. It lasts two seconds real time when spraying nonstop (eight seconds in Off the Record). Although the mayonnaise itself cannot be used as food, it may be combined to create a mixed juice in a blender.
In Off the Record, if the player is wearing the Barbecue Chef Skills Pack, the mayonnaise gains the ability to set zombies on fire.

- This item is destroyed when thrown (though the item cannot normally be thrown without using mods).[1]
- The player can walk through the sprayed mayonnaise, making white footprints.
- Unlike in Dead Rising 2, this item cannot be given to survivors in Off the Record.
