Mila is a stranded survivor in Dead Rising 3.
She is found stranded inside of Big Buck Hardware in Ingleton during Chapter 2. Clear the zombies around the outside of the store to rescue her for 5,000 PP. She will only appear near the end of the chapter, most likely when Nick is driving the Hearse back to the club.
In the Fallen Angel DLC, Mila can be found tied up on the North Bridge with Cara and Maia. They are about to be executed by a soldier, but Angel can stop the execution and save the group. When saved, the group will provide 20,000 PP.
In The Last Agent DLC, Mila can be found on top of a car near the Wrench-O-Rama in South Almuda. Saving her is required for the Sworn to Protect achievement.
