The newspaper is a weapon in Dead Rising 2, Dead Rising 2: Case Zero, and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record. It is a roll of newspaper that can be used as a crude baton. They can be obtained by breaking newspaper boxes.

It can be combined with a bottle of whiskey to create the Molotov combo weapon.
