Poison Payload is the sixth Smartglass mission in Dead Rising 3.
It will appear after Find Annie is completed. This mission can only be played if the Xbox One Smartglass app is connected to the game.

Jamie calls Nick, saying that the files from the Los Perdidos Police Impound's computers show that there is some sort of sinister plot that's going on. He tells Nick to go to Collins Chemical and deliver the Chemical Van that's there, which is filled with Zombrex, to the police impound, before anyone dies. After Nick gets inside the van, Jamie will comment on the large amount of Zombrex inside, and explains that the Zombrex is actually poisonous. They were going to be handed out to illegals before the outbreak started, with the plan being to wipe out anyone using Zombrex. Once Nick delivers the van, Jamie will congratulate him for saving lives.
