Pub O' Gold is a bar located in the Silver Strip in Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record.
The expensive champagne can be found here during Overtime Mode. It also contains a blender that can be used to create mixed juices. It is one of the best places to acquire the ingredients needed to make the Wingman, as it contains several bottles of orange juice, which can be mixed with either beer or whiskey in the blender to create nectar.
In Off the Record, Jared Davis can be found here, who is injured and needs Zombrex in the mission Once Bitten.
