Quick Step is a Combo Food in Dead Rising 3.
Unlike the other mixed drinks, however, Quick Step has a new functionality to account for the sprint mechanic: Make Nick is instead given unlimited stamina for both sprinting and dodge rolling until it runs out.
When given to a survivor, Quick Step instead maxes out their movement speed (similar to how it worked in previous games).
