The Randomizer is a gray blended drink in Dead Rising.
It restores 50% of Frank West's health but temporarily makes him sick to his stomach with cramps, he will immediately drop the item he is holding and clutch his stomach.[1][2]
There is a chance for a Randomizer to impart the effects of a different drink without the typical negative consequences.
