Ravi Uppal is a survivor in Dead Rising 3. He can be encountered during Chapter 2 in the mission Craven Consultant.
Craven Consultant[]

Ravi is found hiding in the store closet of the restaurant where he works. Terrified, he asks Nick Ramos to bring him a meat cleaver and a chainsaw so that he can be better armed against the zombies.
After Nick has done this, Ravi makes the Mini Chainsaw. He then gives it to Nick along with the blueprints for the combo weapon. Upon completing the mission, he joins Nick as a posse member.

Trivia[]
- Ravi says that he "used to be brave" and tells Nick that he enjoyed doing extreme sports, such as base jumping.
- He is the second Indian character to be introduced in Dead Rising, the first being Harjit Singh.
- Other than the Tape It or Die group, Ravi is the only non-playable character known to have created a combo weapon.
