The Royal Flush Plaza is one of the main areas of Fortune City in Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record. It is a shopping mall adjacent to the Americana Casino, Slot Ranch Casino, and Safe House. According to the Fortune City website, it is described as "the shopping mecca of the Platinum Strip, you'll never be short of something to spend your winnings on." It is also the location for where the Safe House's vent system comes out to, acting similar to the Warehouse in the first game.

For $500,000 (Dead Rising 2) or $1,000,000 (Off the Record), the player may purchase the keys to a sports car from the pawnshop located on the second floor. The car itself is parked by the doors to Fortune Park on a stand. It can be driven through the Royal Flush Plaza, the Slot Ranch Casino, and the Food Court.

Near the center of the Royal Flush Plaza is a giant novelty craps table, with a marquee reading "Flamin' Craps." If the player picks up the giant dice and tosses them, they can earn 10,000 PP by rolling a total of seven.

There is a secret room above Players.

The attic is reached by climbing onto the red phone booth to the right of the store. Walk along the awning above Players.

Then, jump on the walkway above second floor of SporTrance.

Do not follow the walkway around the floor there is nothing of interest at its far end.

Instead, turn around and jump up to an even higher platform (a flower box). From here, Chuck can access the high loft of the Players store.

There is a sniper rifle, spear, steak, patio table, cardboard box (2x), and highback oak chair (2x).

Outside the attic is a balloon which Chuck can reach by jumping. It has a giant stuffed rabbit and three sticks of dynamite. This dynamite can be combined with the bow and arrows in The Chieftain's Hut downstairs to create Blambows.

Broadsword[]

There is a broadsword atop the poster stand near the Rush Wireless kiosk.
