The Rubber Boots are a clothing item in Dead Rising 3.
A pair of pink rubber boots with blue polka dots. They can only be found at the Family House in Sunset Hills or at Pumps in Central City. Both of those locations are locked without completing the appropriate side quest, making these boots relatively easy to miss.
