Sally Mills is a survivor appearing in Dead Rising and Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop.
She is found desperately hanging on to a giant inflatable rabbit with Nick Evans in Wonderland Plaza during the unmarked scoop Hanging by a Thread.
Hanging by a Thread[]

Sally is found holding onto the giant inflatable rabbit in Wonderland Plaza alongside fellow survivor Nick. A crowd of zombies has gathered beneath their feet, waiting for them to fall. As Frank West approaches, they call out to him for help.
After Frank clears the zombies below, he must throw a non-lethal object (a small weapon, such as a Hunk of Meat) at Sally to safely knock her down. After landing, she and Nick agree to follow Frank to the Security Room.
Infinity Mode[]

In Infinity Mode, Sally appears on the Heliport from 0:19:00 to 1:00:00, and is armed with a Cleaver. In her equipment, she carries an Apple, a Bowling Ball, a Handbag, a Push Broom, and a Shovel.
Trivia[]
- Frank can capture a Drama Photo Op by photographing Sally while she is hanging from the inflatable rabbit.
- Sally and Nick wear matching Ratman T-shirts.
- If Tonya Waters is rescued before Sally, there is a chance that Sally and Tonya will get into a physical altercation in the Security Room for unknown reasons.
- There are zombies around the mall with a character model similar to Sally's.
- Like Aaron Swoop and Gordon Stalworth, Sally may occasionally break down crying and fall to the floor while being escorted, even with zombies nearby. She may also crawl instead of run while following Frank. However, unlike Aaron and Gordon, Sally is one of the survivors whose hand Frank can hold, making her easier to manage.
