The Sentry Kittens are a combo weapon in Dead Rising 4.
It is created by combining an LCD Monitor with a novelty weapon.
The blueprints can be found outside the dam, where Frank starts at the beginning of Case 3. It is buried underground and must be dug up using the Exo Suit.
