The shower head can normally be found in random cardboard boxes. You can stick it in a zombie's head and blood will come out the showerhead and then the zombie will die. If you react quick enough you can get a humorous picture out of it. It is a decent weapon when in small-number situations, however, it is better off left behind when it calls for a good spread-weapon.
