Sid Carmack is a victim appearing in Dead Rising and Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop.
He was seen with Sophie Richards in Leisure Park before he was killed by the Convicts in the unmarked scoop Prisoners.

In the evening of the first day, Sid and Sophie are cutting through the park when they are unexpectedly attacked by three convicts in a Humvee.
Miguel Sanchez swings a baseball bat at the back of Sid's head as they drive by, killing him in an instant, leaving Sophie alone and terrified.
Trivia[]
- The convicts refer to Sophie as "Sid's old lady", which is slang for a female significant other such as a girlfriend or wife. This is likely an assumption on the part of the convicts. The exact relationship between Sophie and Sid is never specified, although Sophie mentions that she never got to tell Sid how she felt after she is brought to the Security Room, indicating some sort of intimate relationship or feelings.
- Ironically, Sid's picture is used for the Indoorsman achievement.
- After the cutscene, his dead body does not spawn in Leisure Park.
- Like Connie and Dakota (in the beginning movie), the convicts and Brock, Sid is not listed in the notebook.
- Sid is one of a handful of survivors that does not appear in Infinity Mode.
- He is one of the few characters that have been named, but whose surnames hasn't been mentioned. However, within the English Text, he has an unused notebook entry under the name "Sid Carmack (30)".
- The outfit he wears is a recolored version of Tad Hawthorne's outfit.
