Skylar Ali is a survivor in Dead Rising 2. He was caught up in the zombie outbreak in Fortune City. He reappears in Dead Rising 2: Off the Record with the same role, though he does not help fight back when the Safe House is breached in Case 7-4: Breach.
Introduction
In the Introduction, Skylar was seen trying to flee with his girlfriend outside the Fortune City Arena, but she was grabbed by a zombie and killed. He was terrified and ran for his life, later bumping into Chuck and Katey on the way to the Fortune City Emergency Shelter. He was later seen lamenting over not being able to rescue his girlfriend, having made it into the shelter along with several other survivors before the doors were sealed. Ray Sullivan cleared him and he headed inside the bunker where he rests in one of the rooms.

In Case 6-4: Breach when the shelter is breached, he is seen fighting off a crowd of zombies and helping secure the Safe House.
