The Slapper is a combo weapon in Dead Rising 3.
It can be created by combining boxing gloves with a broom. The blueprints can be found inside of Uno Grande Outlet.
Like the Glove Gun, it is a melee weapon primarily designed for amusement, allowing players to slap zombies around with the weapon's cartoony gloves.
