The South Almuda Power Plant is a location in Dead Rising 3.
It is an industrial lot in South Almuda. There are many power lines and towers, but the center of the area is not barricaded. Driving through the middle of this area is the only way to get from one side of South Almuda to the other side while in a vehicle.
The upper scaffolding can be climbed on to, which gives access to two blueprints.
