The Special Ops Helmet are clothing in Dead Rising 3.
The Special Ops Helmet including Special Ops Outfit can only be found outside the Ingleton Taxi Company during Infiltrate the Compound in Chapter 4, Unexpected Guests.
There are only two known locations for the outfit. One outfit can be found in a military truck up the street to the right side of the main entrance while another can be found in another truck outside the left side of the compound.
