The TIR Helmet in game.
The TIR helmet is a reward for earning $1,000,000 in TIR online. Only the yellow helmet is unlocked. (Supposedly because Chuck's helmet in Terror is reality is also yellow.) If you earn approximately $50,000 per game, it will take approximately 20 games to unlock the outfit. After it is unlocked you can find it in the locker at the safehouse restroom.
