The Tesla Ball is a Combo Weapon in Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record. It is created by combining a Bingo Ball Cage with a Battery.
When used to hit Zombies, a huge electric shock is administered. When thrown, it will zap any zombies and survivors that it rolls by. It can be found at the Tinkerbox Pawnshop for $35,000. It is a heavy weapon; thus, it cannot be stored in the player's inventory.
The Tesla Ball is one of the hardest combo weapons to make, as the bingo ball cage only appears in a single location (One Little Duck Bingo in the Silver Strip). A premade Tesla Ball, however, can be bought at Tinkerbox right next door.

In Dead Rising 2 and Off the Record, the Combo Card for the Tesla Ball is unlocked by leveling up.
- In Dead Rising 2, it is the 32nd card out of 34 total cards awarded by leveling, and is usually unlocked upon reaching level 47.
- In Off the Record, it is the 26th card out of 35 total cards awarded by leveling.

Trivia[]
- Its name is a reference to an urban legend about the famous inventor Nikola Tesla. The legend says he was able to create a ball of electricity in his lab in Colorado Springs. While the exact details vary between retellings, the Tesla Ball appears to be one such interruption.
